Tips to healthy eating

    Manage your portion sizes and avoid overeating which results in excess calories being stored as fat.

    The easiest way to manage a healthy eating plan is by consuming simple whole food, ie, fresh fruit and vegetables,  wholegrains, lean protein sources such as chicken and fish and low fat milk.

    Plan your meals and avoid eating fatty fast food.

    Ensure you are adequately hydrated, ie,  drink 1-2 litres of water per day.
